After graduating from Ritsumeikan University, he worked in sales and business development at an IT-related company. He then invited his high school classmate, Nobuo Ohmameuda (currently CQO), who was a tailor of custom-made suits, and established Classico Co., Ltd. in 2008. Today, the company has grown to receive orders not only from within Japan but also from around the world, leading the medical apparel market with innovative products and services.

Joined FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. in 2001. Appointed COO of overseas operations at G.U. CO., LTD.(Taiwan subsidiary) in 2018. Joined Classico Co., Ltd. in March 2023. Appointed General Manager of the Medical Apparel Department and Executive Officer. Continues to pursue innovative approaches in the medical apparel market and is committed to providing products to medical professionals worldwide.

After joining MUFG Bank, Ltd., he worked in M&A and structured finance in Japan and the US. He worked in investment at Morgan Stanley's Private Equity Group at its New York headquarters. He has over 10 years of experience in M&A-related work in Japan and the US. After serving as CFO of a listed company and two startups, he joined our company in February 2024.

After serving as an executive at two listed companies, Medical Care Services Co., Ltd. and Real World Co., Ltd. (currently DIGITAL PLUS, Inc.), he joined Elan Co., Ltd. in April 2019. He was appointed as an executive officer and director of the company, as well as representative director of its subsidiary, ELAN COULEUR Corporation. During this time, he was appointed as an outside director of our company in December 2021. He has management experience and extensive knowledge in multiple industries.

He worked overseas at Fuji Bank (now Mizuho Bank, Ltd.) for 16 years, including in investment banking. After serving as CFO of Link Theory Holdings Co., Ltd. and FAST RETAILING CO., LTD., he founded Avergence Incorporated in 2011 and became its CEO. He was appointed as an outside director of our company in January 2024. He currently serves as an outside director for GungHo Online Entertainment, Inc., CUBE. Inc., and other companies.

After graduating from ESMOD JAPON, he worked on making custom suits at Pecora PECORA GINZA. Invited by his high school classmate Arata Ohwa (current CEO), he co-founded Classico inc. in 2008. Utilizing his suit-making skills, he promoted the creation of unique lab coats and developing the original fabric. In 2010, he won the Grand Prize at the International Design Awards and is highly regarded by medical professionals worldwide.
