The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is held around late January. Shareholders of record as of October 31 will be notified of the date, time, and location around early January.
How can I exercise my voting rights at the shareholders meeting?
We send a Convocation Notice and a Voting Rights Exercise Form to shareholders listed on the shareholder register as of the record date (October 31 for the Annual General Meeting).

1. Attend the meeting in person with the form.
2. Indicate your vote (approval or disapproval) on the form and return it by mail.
