We hereby announce that, although the amount to be paid in, etc., for the issuance of shares by public offering, etc., which was resolved at the meeting of our Board of Directors held on October 1, 2025, has not yet been determined, it was decided at the meeting of our Board of Directors held on October 17, 2025, as follows.
Please note that such paid-in amount is different from the issue price and the amount to be paid to the Company by the Underwriters (underwriting value), which will be determined at a later date through the book building method.
