Scrub Canvas Club launches its second scrub in collaboration with “WONDER ART”.

Second Collaboration with WONDER ART

This is the second edition of a collaborative scrub with Wonder Art, a non-profit organization that has long been involved in hospital art and aims to reform the medical environment through art.
The artwork drawn by children attending the art studio will be placed on scrubs to carry the artwork that will bring cheer to the medical field.

The theme of the second edition is “Scrubs that Travel the World with Art”.
Two types of scrubs will bring smiles to your face: [ZOO], designed with various animals bouncing freely around inside the scrubs, and [ARCHITECTS],
, designed with prints of famous architectures from around the world.

What is Wonder Art?
Founded by Masako Takahashi, a hospital artist. With hospital art activities
as its starting point, it continues to challenge itself with art activities at sites facing life and mind, such as illness, disability, and disaster.
Expression leads to the power to live, which in turn leads to brilliance.

　The idea was to give medical professionals the joy of choosing and wearing more
medical apparel, but with a sense of fun and playfulness. This is the idea behind the
scrub collaboration project.

　Why do scrubs need to be fun?
　We think of it this way.

　Using scrubs as a canvas,
Classico and other industries will work together to breathe new life into
medical apparel through a variety of expressions.
　　Bringing a little excitement and fun to the medical field,
we will bring smiles to the faces of medical professionals,
and by extension, to patients.”
